There are some important things to remember while you wait for your package:


  • Tracking information will be available after your order. You can use this tracking information to view the most up-to-date tracking from the carrier. Please note, however, that USPS tracking is often only Delivery Confirmation, and will not show any status updates until the item is scanned as delivered.
  • At check out, you will be provided an estimated delivery date. Your item should arrive on or before this date. In some cases, situations outside our control happen and the item make take a little longer to arrive than we estimated. Keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date status of your package.

Wholesale distributors, like all other distributors, profit by filling large orders at small markups, bringing you more profits and saving time. They can do this because distributors have lower costs than retail stores for several reasons. Minimum order amount is $200.00 
All items are shipped FOB from our head quarters & distribution center in Miami, Florida. United Parcel Service (UPS) is our preferred carrier and shipping method. Shipping options: Ground (3-7 days), 3rd Day and Next Day. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All sales are not subject to a refund. Returns and exchanges are available for full-price items only. All sale and markdown items are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  All returns and exchanges require return authorization by our ecommerce department. Shipping and handling are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring or ship back the products to our facility for exchange. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
